## Prohibited signs in Rogers

- A minimum of 13 feet of clearance shall be provided over all vehicular use areas.
- Signs shall not encroach a sight triangle.
- Any sign that is excessively weathered or faded or upon which the paint has excessively peeled or cracked or has panels missing, or is otherwise in disrepair, must be immediately removed or restored.
- Temporary signs not meeting standards are subject to removal by city staff without notice.
