## Sign plan & submission notes

- Modifications to an approved Master Sign Plan shall be reviewed by the Director
- Individual signs authorized by an approved Master Sign Plan require separate Sign Permits
- In the Downtown Specific Plan area, signs are subject to Section 3.11 (Signs) of the Downtown Specific Plan
- Variances for sign requirements shall comply with Section 6.04.06 (Administrative Variances and Variances)
