## Prohibited signs in Pueblo

- Signs which are of a size, location, movement, content, coloring or manner of illumination which may be construed as a traffic control device or which hide from view any traffic or street sign or signal are prohibited.
- Signs erected after adoption of this Chapter that do not comply with the provisions of this Chapter are prohibited.
- Signs in, on, over or above the public right-of-way without a revocable permit are prohibited.
- Parked motor vehicles and/or trailers intentionally located so as to serve as a sign for a use, product or service are prohibited.
- Revolving beacon lights are prohibited.
- Overly bright or glaring signs, which constitute a nuisance as defined by Section 7-1-1(a) of this Code as determined by the Administrative Official, are prohibited.
