- It shall be unlawful to conduct any advertising or publicity business, or activities pertaining thereto, in a manner so as to preclude an assemblage of spectators and listeners and thereby obstruct or cause the obstruction of any street, highway or sidewalk of this city.
- No person shall post or affix any notice, poster or other paper or device calculated to attract the attention of the public to any lamppost, public utility pole, shade tree or any public structure or building except as otherwise permitted as required by law.
