## Prohibited signs in Atlanta

- All signs not expressly permitted under this chapter 28A are prohibited.
- No animated, flashing, or changing sign shall be located so as to obstruct or be confused with authorized traffic signals or create hazards or distractions to drivers.
- No portion of any sign shall extend above the top of the building upon which it is located.
