## Prohibited signs in Zion

- It shall be unlawful to advertise any unlawful business or article in the city.
- It shall be unlawful to post any bills or advertisements on any public property without the consent of the city council, or on any private property without the consent of the owner thereof.

- Unlawful to distribute advertising matter to residents who have requested in writing not to receive such literature.
- No person shall throw or deposit a handbill or advertisement in or upon an uninhabited or vacant private premise, except by handing it directly to someone present.
