A nonconforming sign can be maintained, repaired, change the sign face panels, as long as it is not altered or enlarged to increase its nonconformity. If a nonconforming sign is not used for a business for a period of six (6) months, the nonconforming sign shall be removed.
- Signs that are damaged shall be repaired or removed.
