## Prohibited signs in Franklin

- It is unlawful to erect or maintain portable arrow signs and other signs where over 25 percent of the sign is used for changeable messages, except on Main Street from Sterling Road to Mildred Street in the Commercial zone.

- Flags, pennants or insignia of any government, except when such flags are used in connection with a commercial promotion or as an advertising device.
