## Prohibited signs in Princess Anne Town

- No sign may be erected, constructed, posted, altered or relocated unless a permit has been issued by the Town, except for signs permitted by § 163-109.

- The master signage plan must propose standards for consistency among all signs affected with regard to: color scheme, lettering or graphic style, lighting, location of each sign on the buildings, material, and sign proportions.
- No sign permit shall be issued for a sign included in a master signage plan that does not conform to the standards of the master signage plan. A master signage plan may be amended at any time.
