## Prohibited signs in Kenyon

- Signs and sign structures must be properly maintained and constructed of sufficiently permanent materials so as not succumb to deterioration from weathering. Unsafe, deteriorated, defaced or otherwise altered signs must be repainted, repaired, replaced or removed as necessary.

Displays must be shielded to prevent any light to be directed at oncoming traffic in such brilliance as to impair the vision of any driver. A device may not be illuminated in such a manner as to interfere with or obscure indoor signs that are visible from public streets.
- Roof signs, including signs that project over the eave line, are prohibited.
- A sign may not be erected, placed or maintained on rocks, fences, or trees.
- A sign that interferes with any electric light, power, telephone wires or the supports thereof is prohibited.
- A sign may not contain more than two surface areas or facings fronting along the public right-of-way.
