- New and relocated billboards and outdoor advertising, except under conditions described in section 9-10-12.
- Signs for unlicensed businesses, or unlicensed or unauthorized activities required to obtain or hold licenses or other permits; any sign or signs promoting unlawful activity.
- Any other sign not complying with the provisions of this chapter, or any prior ordinance.
