## Prohibited signs in Point Pleasant Beach Borough

- Any sign on any one tax lot shall be part of a sign plan for the entire tax lot. Where there is more than one building or storefront on one tax lot, the sign plan may be limited to that one building or storefront. A sign permit shall not be issued for any sign on any such tax lot, building or storefront unless it is part of a complete sign plan. (§ 17-9)
- Signs for any one tax lot, building or storefront shall be considered as a unitary application.
- Private parking signs and functional signs must be part of an initial site plan application and are considered as part of the sign plan of any tax lot.
