## Prohibited signs in Sag Harbor

- No sign, shed roof or projection may be erected from or opposite any building, or in, under or upon any street or sidewalk of the Village, without written permission from the Board of Trustees.
- The outlining by direct illumination of all or part of a building, such as a gable, roof, wall, side or corner, is prohibited, except for holiday display.

- No sign other than one erected by a governmental agency shall be erected or placed within the right-of-way lines of a public street.
- Signs for which a required sign permit has not been obtained or assigned a permit number are deemed illegal.
