- A master or common signage plan shall be a part of any development plan, site plan, planned unit development, or other plan required for development and may be processed simultaneously with such plan(s) and shall be approved prior to the issuance of any sign permit.
- A master or common sign plan prepared in accordance with section 30-930 is a type of site-specific vesting plan, and is vested for two years from the date of approval by Town Council after recommendation by the planning and zoning board following notice and public hearing.
- In a unified development, a common sign plan is required. All private street signs must be approved as part of a master or common sign plan.
