## Prohibited signs in Delta

- No sign shall be placed on or above any public right-of-way except publicly owned signs, such as traffic control signs and directional signs.
- No flashing signs shall be permitted.
- Banners, flags, pennants, search light, twirling signs, sandwich board signs, sidewalk or curb signs, balloons or other gas-filled figures shall not be used on a permanent basis more than one week in a one year period.
