## Prohibited signs in Green

- No sign shall contain or consist of banners, posters, pennants, ribbons, streamers, spinners or other similar moving devices for the purpose of advertising or attracting attention for commercial or advertising purposes, except where otherwise permitted in this section.

- Signs imitating or resembling official traffic or governmental signs or signals.
- No person shall display upon any sign or other advertising structure any obscene, indecent or immoral matter.
- Signs that consist of lights that revolve or flash are prohibited in all districts with the exception of electronic information signs.
