## Prohibited signs in Aspinwall Borough

- No person shall destroy, remove, deface, obliterate or cover up any lamp, sign or barricade erected as a warning of danger by the authorities of the Borough or by any person doing work by permission of the authorities of the Borough on any streets, alleys, sidewalks or bridges in the Borough or on any public grounds of the Borough.

- No free-standing sign shall obstruct safe, clear sight distance at any street or driveway intersection.
- No free-standing sign shall have more than two faces.
- All free-standing signs shall be set permanently in concrete to a depth of at least three feet.
