## Prohibited signs in Municipality Kingston

- Posting any political campaign sign on or over any public property, including tree lawns, in the municipality.

- No freestanding sign shall be nearer to any property line(s) or inside edge of the sidewalk(s), whichever is more restrictive, than five feet, measured from the leading edge of the sign.
- No flashing signs shall be permitted in any district within the municipality.
