## Prohibited signs in Perkasie Borough

- No signs except those of a duly constituted governmental body, including traffic signs and similar regulatory notices, shall be allowed within five feet of the rear edge of a sidewalk and within 10 feet behind the proposed curbline of the street in those areas not having a sidewalk. This provision shall not apply to projecting signs.
