## Prohibited signs in Upper Chichester Township

- It is unlawful to erect or maintain flashing, blinking, twinkling, spinning, animated, inflatable, aerial, crane signs or lighted moving signs including automatic color changing and rotating lamps and other moving objects that call attention to the sign. (Exception: The use of rotating search lights for advertising is allowed.)
