- Portable signs other than the sandwich board signs which are permitted as a temporary sign in Article 8.h.6.a.
- Florescent colors may not be used. All normal colors used in a skillfully designed sign are permitted.

## Signs exempt from permit in Sumter

- Allow signs that are small and incidental to the principal use of the property on which they are located without a requirement for a permit.
