## Prohibited signs in Beaumont

- It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any post, stake or other mark indicating the lines of any street or alley.
- No person shall paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any signs, placard, advertisement or inscription whatsoever, nor shall any person erect or cause to be erected any sign whatsoever on any public land or highway or roads adjacent to the park.

- It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed upon any public street or sidewalk within the city’s right-of-way, or on or against any pole, post, tree, fireplug, trash receptacle or other property located in a public street or sidewalk, any poster, placard, handbill or sign.
- It shall be unlawful for any person to paint or write signs or advertisements upon the sidewalks or the streets of the city.
- No sign shall be attached or applied to trees, utility poles or trash receptacles or located within any public right-of-way.
