## Prohibited signs in Early

- No advertising is permitted anywhere on wireless telecommunications facilities, with the exception of identification signage.
- No tower shall be artificially lighted except to assure safety or as required by the FAA.
- It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place, erect, construct or use any signs in R-1, R-1a, R-2 and R-3 residence districts except as specifically allowed.

- Outdoor advertising signs in 'M-2' industrial districts shall not be within twenty-five (25) feet of any 'R-1', 'R-1a', 'R-2' or 'R-3' District.
- No signs are permitted in residential districts except: name plates (max 2 sq ft), signs for lease/sale (max 64 sq ft), and certain temporary signs.
- Signs in any residence districts must be set back from the front street line the same distance as required by setback requirements.
- Sexually oriented businesses may erect only one primary and one secondary sign, with specified size, text, and content restrictions (e.g., no flashing lights, no images, only certain phrases).

- Legal uses of existing antennas/towers may continue, even if not in compliance with new provisions, provided all building codes, safety standards, and laws are met.
