## Prohibited signs in Lockhart

- Portable or mobile signs not permanently affixed to the ground or a structure are prohibited, except as provided in subsection 46-7(17).
- Unless required by law or otherwise allowed or permitted by these regulations, no sign or its appurtenances may be placed on, over, within, or across a public street or right-of-way, except as exempted (development identification, marquee, wall signs, governmental signs, banners, portable signs in specific districts).
- No sign or appurtenance may be placed on, over, within, or across any land held in trust for the use of the public by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency.
