## Prohibited signs in Universal City

- No person shall affix a sign or bill by any means to any public building, property or thing belonging to the city or to any other public entity without the approval of the city or other public authority (Sec. 4-4-9). This includes posting bills within city parks and to trees on public right-of-ways.
