- No sign, except official notices of the City, shall be attached to trees, utility poles, public property, improvements within public rights of way, or on any unapproved supporting structure.
- No sign shall project over public right-of-way without express permission of the Planning Commission in conjunction with approval of a site plan, except for permitted flat signs which may project not more than 18 inches.
