## Prohibited signs in Barron

- No new sign or part thereof shall be placed between the setback lines established by this article and the highway except as provided by this article.
- No sign shall be erected or hung so as to project into the vision clearance triangle established by section 56-757, except as specifically allowed.
- No building, sign or structure or part thereof existing within such setback lines on the effective date of the ordinance shall be altered or enlarged in any way that increases or prolongs the permanency, or be reconstructed in its original existing location after having been destroyed by fire, storm or other catastrophe to the extent of 50 percent or more of its current value, unless ordered by the board of appeals after public hearing and a view of the premises.
