- No sign may be hand‑painted in a nonprofessional or amateur manner.
- No fluttering/undulating/swinging/rotating/moving signs (e.g., windsocks, motorized signs, pennants, streamers), except Banner Signs and Waving Signs as defined and limited elsewhere in the Chapter.
- No sign shall project above the building parapet or eave.
- No signs mounted to an unlicensed trailer or other unlicensed vehicle, and no signs mounted to a vehicle, trailer, or other equipment.
- No beacons or search beacons.
- No billboards or other off‑premise advertising signs.
- No off‑premise directional signs.
