## Prohibited signs in Lyman

- No exterior sign shall be erected, attached or displayed until a written application has been made to the planning and zoning commission, and a permit duly issued.
- No sign shall be permitted to exceed thirty five feet (35') in height, except where a conditional use permit is granted.

- Event promotion signs for one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the advertised event so long as said signs are not in a Residential Zone, are placed with the express consent of the property owner, do not interfere with traffic sight lines or are otherwise constructed or placed in a way as to present a danger to community safety, and are removed within fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the advertised event.
