- No building shall be constructed or structurally altered for residential purposes unless the lot upon which it is located has frontage of at least 25 feet on a street or unless such lot has an unobstructed private easement or right-of-way of at least 25 feet width extending to a street.

- None other than the following signs shall be permitted as an accessory use in any residence district: Name plates or identification signs not more than one square foot in area, bulletin boards not more than 12 square feet in area for the use of public, charitable or religious institutions, directional or informational signs of a public or quasi-public nature, but not including directions to commercial establishments, signs relating to the sale or lease of the property where displayed not exceeding eight square feet in area.
