Prohibited Signs in Anchorage

  • All signs not expressly permitted by Chapter 21.12 are prohibited (21.12.010(G)).
  • Roof signs are prohibited, except a sign may extend above the roof/parapet if no more than 20% of the actual sign area extends no more than 20% of the building height (21.12.080(A)).
