  • Signs which contain or consist of balloons, banners, beacons, flags, inflatable signs, pennants, posters, ribbons, search lights, strobe lights, streamers, strings of light bulbs, spinners, or other similarly moving devices or signs which may move or swing as a result of wind pressure, except as otherwise provided.
  • Vehicle signs. Vehicle signs are exempt if the vehicle is consistently used in the normal daily conduct of the business, is operable, properly licensed, and parked in a lawful manner.
