  • Site plan review (administrative, conceptual, or development plans) is generally required for all signs except for certain exemptions, as indicated in Section 407.13 and 407.14.
  • Site plan review is not required for a single- or two-family dwelling when permitted by right on a lot with no other building or use, or for any home occupation, or any accessory building not exceeding 100 square feet, except within the Downtown Mixed Use District.
  • The UDO Administrator has the discretion to require review or amendments for site plans, which can impact sign permitting.
  • Banner permits are required prior to the display of a banner and are subject to specific duration and frequency limitations.
