- No sign or outdoor advertising sign structure may be erected, constructed, established, maintained, enlarged, relocated, or changed except in accordance with the provisions of this article.
- No sign or outdoor advertising sign structure may be installed, erected, constructed, or placed without a permit from the Zoning Administrator, except as specifically provided for by this article.
