- No sign shall be located, erected, modified, or maintained except in compliance with the regulations contained in this article.
- Signs and sign structures are prohibited in the following locations: (a) in the right-of-way or on other public property without city approval; (b) on private property without the property owner's consent; (c) located in, or overhanging a utility easement; (d) within a clear sight triangle; (e) attached to any utility pole, other utility or public infrastructure structure or equipment, or wireless communication facility.
