  • Signs (unless municipal, county, or state traffic/direction signs) are prohibited within the right-of-way of any street or at locations constituting a traffic hazard (§199-27B(1)).
  • Signs may not be painted on or affixed to water towers, storage tanks, smokestacks, rooftops, trees, fences, utility poles, rocks, curbs, walks, lamps, hydrants, benches, or bridges except as otherwise permitted (§199-27B(2)).
