  • Allowed permanent signs of the type described in this Article shall be exempt from sign permitting.
  • The sign permit application shall be reviewed and a decision rendered within 10 calendar days. In the event that no decision is rendered within 10 days, the application shall be deemed denied and the applicant may appeal to the Board of Adjustment.
  • Whenever there is an allegation of error in permit decisions or administrative action, an appeal may be made to the Board of Adjustment.
