- Any use which is not expressly permitted in this chapter shall be prohibited.
- No building, structure or land shall be used nor shall any building, structure or part thereof be erected or altered nor shall any use of land be changed for any use or purpose except the uses specifically allowed by right or as conditional uses for each zone as specified herein. The omission of any use or type of use herein shall be deemed to be an exclusion thereof from all zones.
- No property in a residential zone shall be used as a driveway or parking lot to serve a nonresidential use.
- Tractor-trailers for storage or repairs are prohibited in the city.
- No soil, mineral, or similar material may be removed from or placed on any lot, except that which is purely incidental to the construction of a building or structure previously approved for construction.
- Trailer, trailer coaches, or automobile trailers, or any vehicle or structure designed and constructed to permit occupancy or the conduct of business, originally designed to be mounted on wheels, are prohibited in the city.
