  • No commercial outdoor advertising signs, billboards or other signs which are not expressly and directly related to the business being conducted on the premises on which they are located and which are not expressly validated elsewhere in this chapter shall be permitted.
  • All signs which do not conform to the specific requirements and standards set forth in this chapter are specifically prohibited.
  • Any sign now or hereafter existing which no longer advertises a bona fide business being conducted on the premises shall be removed from the premises within 10 days from the receipt of a written order.
  • Signs shall not be allowed to become dilapidated and must be maintained in good condition.
