- Projecting signs over any public way are prohibited, except when hung from the underside or ceiling of a covered walkway related to the exterior of an individual business establishment.
- Fluttering banners or strings of lights not part of a sign are prohibited, except for decoration of premises for national holidays or religious or holiday seasons.
