  • All internally illuminated box signs are prohibited; all internally illuminated signs shaped as a letter, logo or graphic are prohibited.
  • No sign shall be placed so as to impair visibility of, or create hazards for, motorists or pedestrians.
  • No sign shall swing or move in any manner.
