Such devices, as well as strings of lights, shall not be used for the purpose of advertising or attracting attention when not part of the original approved and duly permitted sign.
- No nonaccessory sign shall be erected, maintained or permitted on any premises, residential or commercial, advertising any service or commodity not being sold nor pertaining to the business or use of the building or structure on the grounds or plot upon which it is erected.
