  • No temporary signs shall be allowed in public right-of-way, except for emergency warning signs erected by a governmental agency, public utility company, or a contractor doing permitted work.
  • Permanent signs on private property are allowed only in conformity with specified tables and subject to area and dimension limitations.
  • Any sign not in conformance with an approved plan or permit is prohibited.
