- For any new or amended Master Sign Plan for non-residential developments, all permanent signs not conforming to the proposed plan must be brought into conformance within 90 days of approval.
- For signs requiring a permit, the owner must secure a sign permit prior to construction, placement, erection, or modification, as per Section 3.16.
