- No sign shall be attached to or painted on any telephone pole, electrical pole, utility pole, or sign post or pole erected by a governmental unit (except as erected or attached by said unit).
- No obsolete sign (advertising businesses that have been discontinued, except seasonal businesses intended to resume) may remain for more than 30 days after the date of discontinuance.
