- Abandoned signs are prohibited and must be brought into conformance or removed within 365 days after notification.
- A sign that extends higher than the roof of a building or is attached to/painted on a roof structure, panels, or walls constructed to screen rooftop mechanical equipment or a roof top penthouse is prohibited.
