- No sign shall be painted, constructed, erected, remodeled, relocated, or expanded without a zoning permit as required.

- No sign shall be attached to a tree, utility pole, or fence post whether on public or private property.
- No sign shall be erected or maintained at any location where by reason of its position, size, shape or color, it may obstruct, impair, obscure, interfere with the view of, or be confused with, any traffic control-sign, signal or device.
