  • For individual properties, a combined sign plan can be approved by the zoning administrator that allows the maximum allowance for free-standing signs and wall signs to be combined and distributed between those two kinds of signs, as long as the wall signage area does not exceed 15 percent of the wall area (Sec 50-171(b)).
