- All signs which have the potential for disrupting or distracting vehicular traffic are prohibited.
- Signs not allowed include projecting signs (except in B-1), billboards, pole signs, roof signs, pylon signs, flashing or moving signs or beacons, bench signs, trailer signs, banner signs on poles or buildings, balloons, inflatable advertising devices, inflatable signs, and pennants.
- Signs that revolve, are animated or have moving parts, or contain or are illuminated by flashing lights with animated displays, or are externally illuminated by lights other than white, are prohibited, except steady changeable copy signs as specified.
- Parking any vehicle, trailer, farm wagon, or equipment to be readable from a street right-of-way, that has attached or located thereon any sign or advertising device, is prohibited, unless the sign is incidental to the primary use of the vehicle or is an official sign regulated by federal, state, county, or local government.
