- No exterior or freestanding signage shall make any reference to the price of any alcoholic beverage.
- No exterior or freestanding signage shall make any reference to the availability of alcoholic beverages for consumption upon the licensed premises (except the use of the word 'lounge' by restaurants with a lounge as defined in the ordinance).
- No sign, signage, or other visual media located upon the interior of any building relative to the price of any alcoholic beverage or to the availability of alcoholic beverages for consumption upon the premises shall at any time be visible from the exterior of such building.
- No sign, signage, or visual media of any type or nature whatsoever shall be erected, located, or maintained except in strict accordance with the zoning ordinance of the city.
- Except as specifically permitted and authorized in Sec. 6-134, no holder of any alcoholic beverage license nor any agent, servant or employee of any business in which any alcoholic beverage license is utilized shall at any time allow or permit upon the premises licensed any sign, signage, or other visual media of any type or nature whatsoever relative to any alcoholic beverage, the price thereof, the availability thereof, or the name, logo, trademark or symbol of any brand of alcoholic beverage.

- This section does not prohibit the dispensing of malt beverages in pitchers or jumbo sizes at usual, customary, or established retail prices at all times the business is open (see Sec. 6-130(c)).
